I absolutely love how the trees are changing colour, the days are getting shorter, the weather is shifting into colder, cloudier and greyer, yet the sea is still warm and nice – warmer than it was in the middle of July. It has absorbed all of the heat we had during the Indian summer the last couple of weeks and is now just as warm as the air is.
I tell you, there is nothing like taking a swim at the end of the day and not be cold, because the water is warm, the air is just as warm and you feel like you could stay in it forever. If it had not been because of the dark mornings and the yellow trees, I would not have believed that it was autumn yet. However, I am fully aware of the fact that I need to enjoy it while it lasts, because now that the weather is changing, I know that the sea temperature will too – rapidly.
