Do I need to say more? Hell no!
The sweetness and the blissful buzz from the phacelia is what makes me think of Indian summer. It is now they are blooming, and their guests are the many nectar-eating insects. It can only be described as absolute cosiness to sit sun kissed in the middle of the purple flowers and watch how the busy bees are crawling all around them, putting their heads into the folds and sucking out the nectar from within. A vast majority of bees are attracted to these flowers, and I cannot do anything but to love the plant.
It was one year ago, where we sowed phacelia in our gardens at work, and they are now growing as weeds all around, but neither of us care… We love the bees and we love the flowers.
